Wednesday 14th November 2018 at 19.30 hours Attendance is limited to Members.

1. Chairman’s report and update on current issues of concern to members.
2. Secretary’s report
3. Treasurer’s report and statement of accounts.
4. Members Questions/ Discussion and /or comments.
5. Election of Officers (Proxy Voting will be accepted).
