Notice is hereby given that the 7^th Annual General Meeting of the above association will be held at :-

THE FOREST HILLS HOTEL, OVERTON HILL, FRODSHAM. WA6 6HH

Wednesday 13^th November 2019 at 19.30 hours  Attendance is limited to Members.

1. Chairman’s report and update on current issues of concern to members.
2. Secretary’s report
3. Treasurer’s report and statement of accounts.
4. Members Questions/ Discussion and /or comments.
5. Election of Officers (Proxy Voting will be accepted).

Consideration of those who have expressed an interest to be approved:-
